Discount Drug Mart Club at Progressive Field

Opening day has come and gone but over the winter months we had been hard at work on several new signage pieces for the recently renovated Club Lounge at Progressive Field that we are excited to show off. The new space has a much more open feel, with a modern and clean look and a much better flow. Contempo was tasked with creating a new brand logo for the Discount Drug Mart Club and carrying through the theme/vision of player silhouettes within the artwork in the space. Using that inspiration as our guide, layered acrylic art pieces featuring current and former star players and ballpark imagery were designed and developed with the team at Brilliant Electric Sign Co. A feature wall mural that accompanied an art installation of painted bats that created a block C pattern was created. Wall mural artwork that adorned the escalator corridor viewable as fans entered the space from the lower level was also applied. These images showcase a culmination of hundreds of hours of behind-the-scenes work through meetings, conference calls, on-site visits, and of course the actual execution using our trusty Mac computers.
